Board Workshop Update

Some action items from the Board meeting last night:

-Approved SUNY BSG's "Brock The Port" event in the parking lots between Erie and King Street
-Amended the tentative budget to reflect a 2.5% cut in the tax rate, with a public hearing on the revised tentative budget to be held on April 7th. More details to follow
-Authorized the fire department to go out to bid for a replacement pumper
-Amended our canal use permit to reflect the addition of a life-size sculpture of a mule on the northside canal bank, between Main St and Park Ave
-Agreed to participate in the Canal Clean Sweep in April
