Some highlights:
1. The Village had ten new homes constructed in 2007, which is a sizeable number for a 2.2 sq mile municipality that is nearly built-out.
2. Taking out hospital construction in both years, the overall value of construction for building activities in the Village increased 43%.
Some promising signs as we head into a new fiscal year.
